Phase I studies for GBR 500 by filing its IND application with the
US-FDA. Glenmark is now the first Indian company to have a novel biologic
molecule in the clinics that could be marketed globally. It is also
the first Indian company to file an IND (Investigational New Drug
Application) for a monoclonal antibody with the US FDA.
