Global Supply Chain & Demand Planning
The Global supply chain function at Glenmark has sub functions like Supply Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, and Capital Procurement.

Our Global Quality Management Team ensures that every product manufactured and distributed by us complies with all internationally accepted good practices and standards of quality, purity, efficacy and safety.
Research & Development (R&D)
Glenmark is a leader in the discovery of novel molecules both new chemical and new biological entities. We have a strong pipeline of novel molecules in various stages of pre-clinical and clinical development that is focussed on meeting the unmet medical needs of the world. Our team of highly qualified scientists with extensive R&D capabilities across the globe enable us to move towards our vision.
Sales & Marketing
To achieve Glenmark’s vision of being a truly Global player in the pharmaceutical industry, our sales operations are spread across geographies like US, Europe, India, Latin America and other emerging countries. The diverse sales organization consists of professionals in functions like Sales Operations, Institutional Sales, Portfolio & Product Management and Business Planning.
In order to build and maintain competitive portfolio of medicines, it is imperative to execute innovative regulatory strategies resulting in product registrations with clear & competitive labelling. The Regulatory Affairs department helps us achieve this within the purview of all necessary regulations.
Business Development & Project Management
Business Development & Project Management teams are focused on enabling us grow sustainably by virtues of identifying new business opportunities to expand scope and scale of operations. The Project Management team designs end-to-end implementation and execution plan for launching the molecules in the respective markets.
To manage the size, complexity and ensure sustained organizational growth, we are supported by global corporate functions which partner with businesses to deliver the objectives. The functions like Finance, Strategy, Communications, IT, Legal, IP, API Marketing, Human Resources and Administration are part of the Global Corporate functions.
