In our effort to exploit growth opportunities that the Brazilian and the Latin American market offers, Glenmark Farmaceutica Ltda. (GFL), the wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary of Glenmark inaugurated its new production facility in the third quarter of FY 2008-09. This facility is in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This new manufacturing facility would manufacture branded generics formulations for the entire Latin American region including Brazil. This manufacturing facility has the capability of manufacturing a range of products and also has the ability to increase manufacturing capacity in the future.
